Starting to Save

It’s been a LONG time since I have been able to run a series of deals this well and I thought I would share them.
The following were done over a series of transactions at Walgreens:
1. Vaseline  Lotion (1) $6.99 - used $1.50 ip coupon
Total spent $5.49
Total earned $7
2. Gillette Razor (1) $8.99 - used $4 [...]

Well I’m stocking up for an RV trip coming and mostly got things for that. 4 stores in 2 hours…that’s just a bit more than the time it took me to find and cut my coupons to get ready for the trip

Well it’s been awhile since I first got sick and I am just now coming out of it (I hope). I managed to get some good deals over the course of the week. No pictures this time but I do want to share the totals.

First I went to King Soopers
Total spent : 86.63
Total saved $121.77 or 59%

Then I went to Walmart to take advantage of cheap deli meat prices and some free items.
4 Oscar Mayer deli meat packages 2 each Roast Beef and Honey Ham $2.50 each down from $3
1 package sliced swiss cheese $2.42
1 package hot dog buns [...]

So the question becomes…
Does the early bird get the worm?
or
Does luck favor the prepared?
